Return & Refund Policy               

Return Window: You have exactly 14 calendar days from the date you received your package to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, you must contact us via email before shipping the item back. 

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the exact same pristine condition that you received it. It must be returned in its original, complete, and intact packaging.

Mandatory Packaging Requirements: Because our energy emitters are delicate, handmade art pieces, they require specific protection during transit. If you decide to return the item, you are strictly required to replicate the exact original packaging method. The item must be wrapped in the provided silk paper, placed inside the magnetic box lined with wood wool, wrapped in thermal foil, enveloped in bubble wrap, and finally placed inside a 5-layer cardboard box. Items returned in substandard, modified, or alternative packaging that results in damage during transit will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is fully responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs, import duties, and customs fees are strictly non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for any items lost or damaged by the carrier during the return process.
